Nick Kawar is an associate at Fineberg Ramamoorthy LLP. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including pharmaceutical disputes and Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) proceedings.

Nick is currently pursuing a Master of Laws with a specialization in IP from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Nick represented clients in patent and trademark disputes before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, including in patent damages and PM (NOC) cases. During law school, he aided inventors at the International Intellectual Property Law Clinic in Detroit, and assisted his copyright law professor with legal research.
